Welcome to Apache Energy Limited’s website about its proposed Van Gogh oil field development, off the coast of Exmouth. Van Gogh is part of the greater Vincent field and is located 53 kilometres north-northwest of Exmouth and 30 kilometres from the outer boundary of the Ningaloo Marine Park.

Apache is committed to consulting and communicating with the Exmouth community and other stakeholders to ensure that community concerns are incorporated into the design of the proposed project where practicable, and that its proposed activities are known and understood.
The development is expected to have a life of 12-15 years and, subject to obtaining all the necessary government approvals, the field installation of Van Gogh is expected to start in late 2008 and be in production by early to mid-2009.
